摘要
目的:对河北安国产祁菊Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Qiju叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:将大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱与制备型高效液相色谱法相结合进行化合物的分离制备,并通过理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从祁菊叶70%乙醇溶液提取物中分离鉴定了7个紫罗兰酮类成分,分别为:(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionyl-9-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、(6S,9R)-roseoside(3)、kiwiionoside(4)、(3S,5R,6R,9R)-actinidioionoside(5)、yinxiancaoside B(6)、staphylionoside D(7)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、4、5、7为首次从菊属植物中分离得到,化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium in Hebei Amara.Methods: The compounds were isolated and prepared by chromatographies, such as D101 resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20,ODS and HPLC,and the structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and NMR spectrum data.Results: Seven megastigmanes compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of Chrysanthemum morifolium leaves and identified as(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionyl-9-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(6S,9R)-roseoside(3),kiwiionoside(4),(3S,5R,6R,9R)-actinidioionoside(5),yinxiancaoside B(6),staphylionoside D(7),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1,2,4,5,7 are isolated from Chrysanthemum genus for the first time, compound 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
