摘要
目的:将多成分含量测定与化学计量学分析相结合,探寻党参质量标志物,评价党参质量。方法:采用HPLC测定党参中紫丁香苷、党参苷Ⅰ、党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ4个成分含量,应用单因素方差分析、聚类分析、主成分分析以及正交偏最小二乘判别分析法进行比较和质量评价。结果:45批党参中上述4个成分的含量分别为0.0072~0.0320 mg/g、0.2981~1.5637 mg/g、0.1287~1.0466 mg/g、0~0.0840 mg/g;单因素方差分析及化学计量学分析结果显示不同基原、规格党参中4个成分的含量存在差异,不同等级党参中成分含量无显著差异。结论:紫丁香苷、党参苷Ⅰ、党参炔苷、苍术内酯Ⅲ可作为党参的化学标志物,区分和比较不同基原、不同规格党参。
Objective: To explore the chemical markers and evaluate quality of Codonopsis Radix by combining of multi-component content determination and chemometric analysis.Methods: The contents of syringin, tangshenoside Ⅰ,lobetyolin, atractylenolide Ⅲ four components in Codonopsis Radix were determined by HPLC.One-way ANOVA,clustering analysis, principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis were used to compare and evaluate the quality of Codonopsis Radix.Results: The contents of the above four components in 45 batches of Codonopsis Radix were 0.0072 to 0.0320 mg/g, 0.2981 to 1.5637 mg/g, 0.1287 to 1.0466 mg/g, 0 to 0.0840 mg/g, respectively.The results of One-way ANOVA and chemometric analysis showed that there were differences in the contents of four components in Codonopsis Radix with different origins and specifications, and there was no significant difference in four components contents in different grades of Codonopsis Radix.Conclusion: The components of syringin, tangshenoside Ⅰ,lobetyolin, and atractylenolide Ⅲ can be used as chemical markers of Codonopsis Radix to distinguish and compare different origins and specifications of Codonopsis Radix.
