摘要
高职院校是为社会输送高素质技术技能人才的重要基地,实现职业教育的高质量发展离不开人才的培育,其根本落脚点在于学生就业质量、职业能力以及专业匹配度等方面;。为掌握2010—2020年国内高职院校学生职业生涯规划的研究热点和趋势,以“中国知网”702篇文献作为样本,基于计量学的方法,对文献进行统计与分析。得出结论:国内关于高职院校学生职业生涯规划的研究呈现出不稳定性、研究内容单一、以质性研究为主等特点,研究热点包括职业生涯规划、高职院校、高职学生、对策、就业、现状、辅导员、课程建设等。高职院校是职业教育创新发展的主阵地,探讨高职学生职业生涯规划的特点、途径、方式方法等问题,是高职院校不可避免的课题。因此,迫切需要整理归纳以往的研究文献,从中掌握该领域相关的热点及发展趋势,以便更好地深入研究。
Higher vocational colleges are an important base for conveying high-quality technical talents to the society.The high-quality development of vocational education cannot be achieved without the cultivation of talents,whose fundamental foothold lies in the employment quality,vocational ability and professional matching degree of students;.In order to grasp the research hot spots and trends of students’career planning in domestic higher vocational colleges from 2010 to 2020,702 literatures from CNKI were taken as samples and analyzed statistically based on bibliometrics method.Conclusion:Domestic research on students’career planning in higher vocational colleges is characterized by instability,single research content and mainly qualitative research;research hot spots include career planning,higher vocational colleges,higher vocational college students,countermeasures,employment,status quo,counselors,curriculum construction,etc.Higher vocational colleges are the main field of innovation and development of vocational education.It is inevitable to discuss the characteristics,approaches,ways and methods of higher vocational students’career planning.Therefore,it is urgent to sort out and summarize the previous research literature to grasp the relevant hot spots and development trends in this field for better in-depth research.
