摘要
目的研究高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染与宫颈病变的相关性,为患者早期防治以及临床及时诊断提供有效依据。方法从2018年4月-2019年3月本院就诊患者中共检出946例高危型HPV感染患者,回顾性分析其中121例患者HR-HPV与宫颈病变的关系。结果121例研究对象中,分别有高危HPV16、高危HPV18、其他13种高危型HPV单一感染或多重感染,其中感染所占比例依次为:19.01%、8.26%和72.73%;宫颈CIN病变的发生与感染HPV的基因型有关,其中HPV16型、HPV18型感染导致宫颈CIN病变的发生率与其他13种HPV型别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈活检结果中慢性宫颈炎所占比例为75.21%(91/121),鳞状上皮乳头瘤样增生占15.70%(19/121),CINⅠ占4.96%(6/121),CINⅡ0.83%(1/121),CINⅢ占3.31%(4/121)。结论HR-HPV感染与宫颈病变关系密切,应加强对女性HPV感染的检测和筛查。
Objective:To explore the correlation between high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection and cervical lesions,so as to provide effective basis for early prevention and treatment of patients and timely clinical diagnosis.Methods:From April 2018 to March 2019,a total of 121 cases of 946 patients with high-risk HPV infection who were admitted to the hospital were selected as research objects,and analyzed retrospectively the correlation between TCT,HR-HPV and cervical lesions.Results:Among the 121 study subjects,high-risk HPV16,high-risk HPV18 and 13 types of high-risk HPV were single or multiple infections,among which the infection proportion was 19.01%,8.26%and 72.73%respectively;The occurrence of cervical CIN lesions was related to the genotype of HPV infection.The incidence of cervical CIN lesions caused by HPV16 and HPV18 infection was significantly higher than that of the other 13 HPV types(P<0.05).The 121 cases of the research object,the proportion of histopathological results in inflammation was 75.21%(91/121),squamous papilloma hyperplasia accounted for 15.70%(19/121),CINⅠaccounted for 4.96%(6/121),CINⅡ0.83%(1/121),CINⅢaccounted for 3.31%(4/121),Conclusion:HR-HPV infection is closely related to cervical lesions,so the detection and screening of HPV infection in women should be strengthened.
