宫颈病变与高危型HPV基因亚型感染的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析高危型人类乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)在不同宫颈病变中的感染情况,为宫颈癌的防治提供依据。方法采用PCR-膜杂交法,对2017年12至2018年12月就诊的1 561例女性的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV基因分型检测。结果1 561例受检者中检出HR-HPV阳性557例,HR-HPV感染率为35.86%。≤30岁感染率为53.66%。随着病变的加剧,HR-HPV感染阳性率增高。健康组、宫颈炎组、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ级组、CINⅡ级组、CINⅢ级组、宫颈癌组的HPV感染率分别为10.49%、67.82%、78.22%、80.39%、85.94%、100.00%。单一型感染率为79.53%,其中以16、51、52、58型为主。结论HR-HPV感染呈年轻化,随着宫颈病变程度的增加,HR-HPV的阳性率随之升高。宫颈病变患者常见的HR-HPV亚型为16、51、52、58型,其中16型与宫颈病变程度呈正相关性。 Objective To analyze the infection of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)in different cervical lesions,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods HPV genotyping was performed in 1 561 cervical exfoliated cell specimens of women from December 2017 to December 2018 were used by PCR-membrane hybridization.Results A total of 557 cases of HR-HPV positive were detected in 1 561 patients.The infection rate of HR-HPV was 35.86%.The infection rate under 30 years old was 53.66%.With the aggravation of the lesion,the positive rate of HR-HPV infection increased.The infection rates of HPV in health group,cervicitis group,CIN classⅠgroup,CINⅡclassⅡgroup and cervical cancer group were 10.49%,67.82%,78.22%,80.39%,85.94%and 100.00%,respectively.The single infection rate was 79.53%,of which 16,51,52 and 58 were the main types.Conclusion HR-HPV infection is younger and the positive rate of HR-HPV increases with the increase of cervical lesions.The common subtypes of HR-HPV in patients with cervical lesions are 16,51,52 and 58,of which 16 is positively correlated with the degree of cervical lesions.
