儿童青少年时期游泳运动员长期发展理论模型研究 被引量:22

摘要 运用文献资料研究、问卷调查、专家访谈、实地跟踪等方法,对我国运动员长期収展理论模型进行研究。研究认为,儿童青少年时期是基本动作、运动素质収展的关键时期,男、女游泳运动员在儿童青少年时期具有生长和成熟的个体差异,儿童青少年阶段是游泳运动员职业生涯的重要阶段,构建儿童青少年时期游泳运动员长期収展模型具有重要意义;依据儿童青少年人体生长収育规律及游泳项目选材、训练、竞赛特点,从日历年龄划分、生长速度规律、成熟状态、训练的神经适应、运动生涯収展过程及训练内容、训练与竞赛比例、身体素质与训练、组织训练结构等方面构建了基于性别差异的儿童青少年游泳运动员长期収展理论模型。 This paper,adopting the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interview and field tracking,analyzes theoretical model for the long-term development of athletes in China.The result shows that the period of children and adolescent is the key phase for the development of basic movement and sports quality.During this period,individual difference in growth and maturity between male and female swimmers exists,the period of children and adolescent is an important stage of the sports career of swimmers,it has significant meaning to build the model for the long-term development of children and adolescent swimmers.Based on general pattern of human growth and development in children and adolescents,the characteristics of talent identification,training and competition,from the aspects of calendar age division,growth rate,physical maturity,neural adaptation of training,the development process and training content of sports career,proportion of training and competition,physical fitness and training,organizational training structure,the theoretical model for the long-term development of children and adolescent swimmers is built.
