摘要
目的 :探析彩色多普勒超声技术在Graves病与结节性甲状腺肿中的临床鉴别及诊断价值。方法 :2015年2月~2017年7月在我院接受诊治的120例甲状腺肿患者。根据病理检查结果,将入选者分成观察组(Graves病患者,60例)和对照组(结节甲状腺肿患者,60例)两组。比较两组患者的一般资料、超声图像特征及血流信号分级情况、超声诊断准确率、血流频谱(包括舒张末期最低流速Vmin及收缩期血流峰值速度Vmax)等。结果 :两组患者的一般资料无明显统计学差异。观察组患者的血流信号丰富者明显较对照组多。观察组患者的彩超确诊率为93.3%,对照组为86.7%。两组彩超确诊率无明显统计学差异。两组患者的的RI值无明显统计学差异,但观察组的Vmax及Vmin值明显高于对照组。结论 :Graves病与结节性甲状腺肿采用彩色多普勒超声技术进行检测鉴别具有重要的临床诊断价值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical differentiate value and the clinical diagnose value of the color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing the Graves disease and nodulargoiter. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with goitre received treatment at our hospital from February, 2015 to July, 2017 was retrospectively analyzed. Patients included were divided into two groups according to the results of pathological examination, observe group(the Graves disease, 60 cases) and control group(nodulargoiter, 60 cases). The general information, the ultrasonic image characteristics, the classification of blood flow signals, the diagnostic accuracy rates of ultrasound and the blood flow spectrum(including the values of RI, Vmin, Vmax). Results The general information in two groups had no statistical difference. The cases of abundant blood flow signals in observe group were obviously more than those in control group. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound in observe group was 93.3%, which in control group was 86.7%. The diagnostic accuracy rates of ultrasound in two groups had no statistical difference. The RI values in two groups had no statistical difference, and the values of Vmin, Vmax in observe group were obviously higher than those in control group. Conclusion The clinical diagnosing value of color doppler ultrasonography in identifying the Graves disease and nodulargoiter is important, which is worth promoting.
