摘要
目的分析高频彩色多普勒超声在儿童急性阑尾炎中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月~2018年3月本院收治的儿童急性阑尾炎患儿50例,均进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,将检查结果与手术病理组织检查结果对比,计算诊断检出率,并分析高频彩色多普勒超声图像特征。结果高频彩色多普勒超声诊断检出率与手术病理组织检查结果对比差异无统计学意义。结论高频彩色多普勒超声可有效提高儿童急性阑尾炎患儿的检出率,并对不同的疾病类型进行具体分析,效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the application effect of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in children with acute appendicitis. Methods Atotal of 50 children with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography. The results were compared with the results of surgical pathological examination. The diagnostic detection rate was calculated. And analyze the characteristics of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound images. Results There was no significant difference between the detection rate of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and the results of surgical pathological examination. Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can effectively improve the detection rate of children with acute appendicitis, and analyze the different types of diseases. The effect is significant and worth learning.
