当今时代数字化浪潮席卷全球,我国高等教育正处在深刻变革的关键节点。教育部积极推动数字化战略行动,旨在重塑高等教育格局、培育契合时代需求的创新型人才。在此背景下,师德师风建设的必要性愈发凸显。文章聚焦高校师德师风建设核心议题,精准剖析其内涵、意义、困境及根源,系统构建涵盖党建引领、机制完善、教师自育的创新策略体系,为推动高校教育质量跃升、培育时代英才提供坚实理论与实践指引。
In the current era, the digital wave is sweeping across the globe, and China’s higher education is at a critical juncture of profound transformation. The Ministry of Education is actively promoting the digital strategy initiative, aiming to reshape the landscape of higher education and cultivate innovative talents that meet the demands of the times. Against this backdrop, the necessity of building strong moral and professional conduct among teachers has become increasingly prominent. This paper focuses on the core issues of moral and professional conduct construction in universities, precisely analyzes its connotations, significance, predicaments, and root causes, and systematically constructs an innovative strategy system covering Party building leadership, mechanism improvement, and self-cultivation of teachers, providing solid theoretical and practical guidance for enhancing the quality of higher education and nurturing talents of the times.
