                    在创新驱动发展战略视角下,为了能够培养符合时代要求的创新型人才,教师需要进行角色的转变——由钟点工到总导演。从按时上下课的讲授教师,做教学活动的总策划、实施者和问效者,做学生实践活动的引领者和学生灵魂的塑造者。
