摘要
绝经综合征(Menopause Syndrome)即妇女绝经前后出现性激素波动所致的一系列以自主神经功能紊乱为主,伴有神经心理症状的一组症候群。绝经激素治疗(MHT)是现代医学管理绝经相关症状的核心治疗策略,但其不良反应限制了临床应用,从而促使替代疗法的兴起,而中医药凭借“肾虚为本”的核心病机理论与个体化辩证体系成为非激素治疗的主力。文章归纳了现代医学者对绝经综合征病因病机的认识,归纳总结了当前中医药治疗此病的研究成果,以期为优化临床实践提供多维度思路。
Menopause Syndrome refers to a cluster of symptoms primarily characterized by autonomic nervous dysfunction, accompanied by neuropsychological manifestations, resulting from fluctuations in sex hormones during the perimenopausal period in women. Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) serves as the cornerstone treatment strategy in modern medicine for managing menopause-related symptoms. However, its adverse effects have limited its clinical application, thereby fostering the rise of alternative therapies. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), grounded in its core pathogenesis theory of “kidney deficiency as the root cause” and its personalized syndrome differentiation system, has emerged as a leading non-hormonal treatment approach. This article summarizes contemporary medical perspectives on the etiology and pathogenesis of Menopause Syndrome and reviews current research findings on TCM treatments for this condition, aiming to provide multi-dimensional insights for optimizing clinical practice.
