摘要
社区工作者在基层社区治理中发挥重要作用。在社区开展服务的过程中,社区工作者需要兼顾来自政府、居委会和居民多方主体的需求。因此,面对来自多方主体对于自身工作的期待,如何扮演好角色是社区工作者面临的关键问题。“中国社会工作动态调查”为了了解行业发展动态,在56个城市的在职社工开展了问卷调查。本文从社区工作者面临的角色冲突类型出发,对“中国社会工作动态调查”的数据进行了分析,探究角色冲突致因和缓解冲突的路径,促进社区工作者的发展,从而提升基层治理水平。
Community workers play an important role in grassroots community governance. In the process of community service, community workers need to take into account the needs of government, neighborhood committee and residents. Therefore, how to play a good role is a key issue for community workers facing the expectation of their own work from multiple subjects. The “China Social Work Longitudinal Survey” conducted a questionnaire survey among social workers in 56 cities in order to understand the development trends of the industry. Based on the types of role conflicts faced by community workers, this paper analyzes the data of “China Social Work Longitudinal Survey”, explores the causes of role conflicts and ways to alleviate them, promotes the development of community workers, and thus improves the level of grassroots governance.
