摘要
智媒体时代出现的信息传播介质多样化的现象,在便利公民生产、生活的同时也增加了公民的隐私数据被非法应用和分析的风险,为保护公民数据信息安全,应该从完善国家保护个人数据隐私的法律法规、完善行政机关的监管制度、有效提高行政机关执法效率等方面解决公民的数据隐私侵权问题。
The phenomenon of diversified information transmission media in the era of intelligent media not only facilitates the production and life of citizens, but also increases the risk of illegal application and analysis of citizens’ private data. In order to protect the security of citizens’ data and information, we should improve the national laws and regulations to protect personal data privacy, improve the supervision system of administrative organs, effectively improve the efficiency of administrative organs to solve the problem of data privacy infringement.
