讲好中国故事:四川美食文化融入大学英语课程思政教学设计研究

Telling China’s Stories Well: Research on Integrating Sichuan Food Culture into the Ideological and Political Teaching Design of College English Courses

摘要 在“课程思政”与“中国文化走出去”双重视域下,本研究以“讲好中国故事”为叙事导向,构建四川美食文化融入大学英语课程的理论模型与实践路径。通过解构四川美食的文化符号价值、提炼课程思政元素、设计跨学科教学框架,提出“文化沉浸–语言实践–价值内化”三阶教学设计模型,为文化类课程思政提供可复用的方法论范式。 Under the dual perspectives of “curriculum-based ideological and political education” and “Chinese culture going global”, this study takes “telling good Chinese stories” as the narrative orientation and constructs a theoretical model and practical path for integrating Sichuan food culture into college English courses. By deconstructing the cultural symbolic value of Sichuan cuisine, extracting ideological and political elements in courses, and designing an interdisciplinary teaching framework, a three-stage teaching design model of “cultural immersion - language practice - value internalization” is proposed, providing a reusable methodological paradigm for ideological and political education in cultural courses.
