摘要
在“新工科”建设与产教融合深度推进的背景下,武汉工程大学材料物理专业针对传统实习教学中理论与产业脱节、学生创新能力培养不足等问题,依托《新型产业实践计划》课程,构建了“校企协同、研教融合、多维创新”的实习教学创新模式。本文结合课程建设经验,从教学模式创新、实习体系构建、教学实施成效及未来展望等方面,探讨如何通过整合产业资源、创新教学方法、强化科研实践,培养适应战略性新兴产业需求的高素质应用创新型人才,为同类高校材料类专业的实习教学改革提供参考。
Against the backdrop of the construction of the “New Engineering” and the deep promotion of industry education integration, the Materials Physics major at Wuhan Institute of Technology has developed a practical teaching innovative mode based on the “New Industry Practice Plan” course, which addresses issues such as the disconnect between theory and industry and insufficient cultivation of students’ innovative abilities in traditional practical teaching. The mode includes “school enterprise collaboration, research education integration, and multidimensional innovation”. This article combines the experience of course construction and explores how to cultivate high-quality applied innovative talents who can adapt to the needs of strategic emerging industries through integrating industrial resources, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening scientific research practice, from the aspects of teaching mode innovation, practical system construction, teaching implementation effectiveness, and future prospects. It provides a reference for the practical teaching reform of materials majors in similar universities.
