摘要
“双减”政策实施后,给初中英语教师带来全新的挑战,他们的教学压力日益增加,随之出现的则是教学效能感的降低,职业倦怠心理的增加。基于此,本文首先分析教学效能感与职业倦怠的关系,再探讨两者对教师教学的影响,最后提出如何在当前的教育背景下增加教师的教学效能感,减少教师职业倦怠心理的策略以期能帮助教师的职业发展之路走得更好。
After the implementation of the “double reduction” policy, it has brought new challenges to junior high school English teachers. Their teaching pressure is increasing day by day, followed by a decrease in teaching efficacy and an increase in job burnout. Based on this, this article analyzes the relationship between teaching efficacy and job burnout, and then explores the impact of both on teacher teaching. Finally, it proposes strategies to increase teachers’ teaching efficacy and reduce their job burnout psychology in the current educational context, in order to help teachers take a better career development path.
