摘要
胃癌是全球常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,其死亡率和发病率居高不下。近年来,中医药在胃癌治疗中展现出独特的优势和潜力。大量研究表明,中医药可通过调控多个关键信号通路,进而抑制胃癌的细胞增殖以及迁徙能力,调控上皮间质转化等,从而发挥抗肿瘤的作用。本文从MAPK、PI3K、Wnt信号通路对胃癌治疗的进展作一综述,以期为胃癌的中医药治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system in the world, with high mortality and morbidity. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown unique advantages and potential in the treatment of gastric cancer. A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells and regulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition by regulating multiple key signaling pathways, thus playing an anti-tumor role. This article reviews the progress of the treatment of gastric cancer from the MAPK, PI3K and Wnt signaling pathways, in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
