摘要
目的探讨温经汤药材不同炮制方法组方的镇痛作用。方法将ICR小鼠随机分组并分别给予温经汤原方、温经汤全方炮制品、温经汤君药炮制品、温经汤臣药炮制品及蒸馏水,按13 g/kg体重给予各组小鼠温经汤原方、温经汤全方炮制品、温经汤君药炮制品及温经汤臣药炮制品,空白对照组给予相同体积蒸馏水,连续灌胃给药2 d,末次给药1 h后,采用热板法测定给药后30、60、90、120、180min的痛阈值;醋酸扭体法小鼠给药方法同热板法,末次给药后1h,观察扭体次数。结果温经汤原方组、温经汤全方炮制组、温经汤君药炮制组均可增强镇痛效果,但以温经汤君药炮制组镇痛效果最佳。结论温经汤方中君药炮制后,其镇痛的效果最好,可能与药物炮制后,协同增强药物的疗效有关。
Objective To explore the analgesic effect of different processing methods of Wenjing Decoction.Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into 3 groups and given Wenjing Decoction,Wenjing Decoction processed products,Wenjing Decoction Sovereign Processed Products,Wenjing Decoction Minister Processed Products and distilled water respectively.The mice in each group were given Wenjing Decoction Sovereign Processed Products,Wenjing Decoction Minister Processed Products according to the weight of 13 g/kg.The blank control group was given the same volume of distilled water and continuous intragastric administration 2 days.The pain threshold of 30 min,60 min,90 min,120 min and 180 min after the last administration was measured by hot plate method 1 hour later.The method of acetic acid writhing was the same as hot plate method,and the number of writhing was observed 1 hour later.Results Wenjing Decoction group,Wenjing Decoction Processed Products group,Wenjing Decoction Sovereign Processed Products group,Wenjing Decoction Minister Processed Products group can prolong the analgesic effect.And Wenjing Decoction Minister Processed Products group had the best effects.Conclusion Jinkui Wenjing Decoction had some effects of pain suppression,but processed sovereign drug processing of Wenjing Decoction had the best effect on pain suppression,which may be related to the synergistic enhancement of drug efficacy after the preparation of medicine.
