摘要
经方配伍严谨,用药精当,组方精简,具有很高的实用价值和科学价值。经方治疗胃癌前病变,在临床疗效上显现出极大的优势作用,通过总结近年来各医家的研究,探究经方治疗胃癌前病变的机制。本文将主要论述治疗胃癌前病变的经方及其治疗的作用机制,望有助于明确经方治疗胃癌前病变的机制,为经方广泛应用于临床提供更多医学证据。研究表明,经方能通过增强免疫力、清除幽门螺旋杆菌、调节炎症因子的水平、调控细胞增殖与凋亡平衡等多种途径,多环节、多靶点全面调节胃肠功能,修复胃黏膜损伤,在促进胃黏膜病变组织学逆转方面具有明显作用。
With rigorous compatibility,precise medication and simplified prescription,the classical prescription has high practical and scientific value.The classcial prescription has shown great advantages in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.By summarizing the research on classcial prescription in recent years,this paper discusses the mechanism of classcial prescription in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.We will mainly discuss the classical prescription for the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and its mechanism,hoping to help clarify the mechanism of classical prescription and provide more medical evidence for its wide application in clinic.Studies have shown that classical prescription can comprehensively regulate gastrointestinal function and repair gastric mucosal injury by enhancing immunity,eliminating Helicobacter pylori,regulating the level of inflammatory factors,regulating the balance between cell proliferation and apoptosis,and plays an obvious role in promoting the histological reversal of gastric mucosal lesions.
