摘要
脑小血管病(Cerebral small vessel disease, CSVD)是目前研究领域的热门话题,CSVD的发病机制尚不清楚,尚有众多危险因素未被研究所证实,近年来,CSVD的检出率和发病率有所提高,检测特定的CSVD生物标志物已成为临床诊治中的一个重要课题。本文从碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase, ALP)、胱抑素C (Cystatin C, CysC)、肌酐(Creatinine, Cr)等3个方面,将对ALP、CysC、Cr与CSVD影像学总负荷的相关性做一综述,寻找相对灵敏的早期诊断指标,从而达到更好的防控效果。
Cerebral small vessel disease (CVSD) is a hot topic in the current research field. The pathogenesis of CSVD is still unclear, and many risk factors have not been confirmed by research. In recent years, the detection rate and incidence rate of CSVD have increased, and the detection of specific CSVD biomarkers has become an important topic in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviews the correlation between ALP, Cr, CysC and the total imaging load of CSVD from three aspects: alka-line phosphatase (ALP), cystatin C (CysC) and creatinine (Cr), to find relatively sensitive early diag-nostic indexes, so as to achieve better prevention and control effect.
