摘要
分析了建立城市综合减灾服务体系的必要性和可行性,提出了城市综合减灾服务体系的建设思路,为我国城市减灾中心的组建提供了总体设计方案。
This paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the construction of urban comprehensive service system for disaster reduction(CSSDR), presented the construction idea of the CSSDR, and gave the overall plan to establish urban center for disaster reduction.
