摘要
目的 解决居民健康调查中入户后的抽样问题 ,产生代表性较好的研究样本。方法 采用KishGrid抽样方法 ,将抽样家庭按家庭成人数进行分层 ,在层内进行等概率抽样。结果 运用KishGrid抽样方法所获得的样本 ,在性别和年龄分布等人口统计学指标上 ,与总体有较好的一致性。结论 KishGrid抽样方法是一种操作简单 ,易于核查的抽样方法 。
Purpose: To solve the problem of sampling within household in resident health survey and generate a representative sample. Methods: Households were stratified by the number of adults in the household and Kish Grid sampling method was used to perform equal probability sampling within each stratum. Results: The demographic character of age and sex of Kish Grid sample approximated to the population. Conclusions: The Kish Grid is a practicable sampling method and easy to monitor. This method can effectively decrease the bias deriving from sampling procedure within household.
