评价居民健康知识与行为分离状况的方法探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨分析居民健康知识与行为分离状况的方法,为调整健康教育策略提供支持。方法采用及格法将全部调查对象分为具备和不具备健康素养两类,并分别用及格法和分数法(4种方案)对甘肃省15~69岁常住居民中具备健康素养者进行知行分离评估,用筛查试验的方法对比了两种方法的一致性;应用筛选出的分数法对不具备健康素养人群进行了知行分离评价的应用分析。结果健康知识和健康行为得分比为1/0.85时,分数法和及格法的一致性最高,观察符合率和kappa分别为88.4%、0.652(P<0.05);用分数法评估显示,不具备健康素养人群知行分离率为43.5%,显著高于具备健康素养者。影响知行分离的因素在具备和不具备健康素养人群中表现出不同特征。结论采用健康知识分与健康行为分比值1:0.85作为知行分离的评价标准,具有更好的实际应用价值。 Objective To explore evaluation method for analyzing the divergence of health knowledge and behavior among residents,and to provide support for health education strategies.Methods The divergence between health knowledge and behaviors were evaluated by using pass rate and score ratio among residents aged 15-69 in Gansu Province.The consistency of the two methods was compared by the method of screening test.Results When the score ratio of health knowledge and behavior was 1/0.90,the consistency of pass rate and score ratio was the highest.The coincidence rate of observation and kappa were 88.4%and 0.652(P<0.05),respectively.The separation rate of knowledge and behavior was 43.5%for the people without health literacy.The factors affecting the divergence of knowledge and practice showed different characteristics among residents having and not having health literacy.Conclusion The score ratio of health knowledge and health behavior(1:0.85)was the better cut-off value for divergence between knowledge and practice.
