摘要
[目的]观察葛根素注射液对高血压患者(肝阳上亢证)的血压及临床症状的疗效。[方法]50例患者采用葛根素注射液300mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250mL中 ,静脉点滴 ,1次/d,疗程两周。[结果]该药物对高血压病有明显的疗效 ,并对患者的临床证候有较好的治疗效果。总有效率为84.00%,治疗前后有明显的统计学意义。
s: To observe the therapeutic effect of Puerarin injection on high blood pressure and clinical symptoms of hypertension patients(hyperactivity of liver yang). Fifty cases were given Puerarin injection 300 mg added in 250 mL 5%glucose or saline,intravenously,once a day for two weeks. Puerarin injection showed obvious therapeutic effect on hypertension and could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients. The total effective rate was 84.0%with statistical significance before and after treatment. [Conclusion] Puerarin injection is an effective drug for treatment of hypertension.
