摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法对课题组选取的85例高血压患者(源于职工2012~2013年体检),就患者对高血压相关知识掌握程度和血压控制水平实施护理干预前后的监测、跟踪与分析评估,建立健康档案,跟踪干预1年。结果干预后,患者对高血压相关知识掌握程度明显高于干预前,血压控制水平明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可增加患者对疾病认识程度和控制水平,明显提高高血压患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the influence on the effect of nursing intervention for the treatment of Hypertensive.Methods The research team chose Eighty-five hypertensive patients from the workers who took 2012~2013 medical examination,then evaluated the controlling level of blood pressure and the related knowledge of hypertension among this eighty-five hypertensive patients.Morevover,the research team established health records and tracking intervention for one year before doing nursing intervention.Results The Patients'mastery of the relevant knowledge was higher after the intervention.The level of blood pressure control was significantly lower after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention is able to apparently improve the therapeutic effect of hypertensive patients and increases their knowledge of the disease.
