摘要
目的观察红曲配伍对高脂血症伴肝功能异常患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年7月—2019年12月宁波市中医院治未病中心门诊就诊的高脂血症伴肝功能异常患者105例作为研究对象,按照中医证型,分为痰瘀互结、痰浊内蕴、肝肾阴虚、气滞血瘀型,分别予红曲配伍治疗,并予治疗性生活方式干预。采用自身前后对照方法,治疗8周后随访,观察治疗前后中医证候疗效、血脂及肝转氨酶变化。结果与治疗前相比,各证型患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,HDL-C水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后ALT、AST水平较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效总有效率93.1%,血脂疗效总有效率83.3%。结论红曲配伍对高脂血症伴肝功能异常患者具有明确的调脂功能,且可恢复受损的肝功能。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the compatibility of Hongqu(red yeast rice)in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function.Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,105 patients with hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function who were treated in the outpatient department of preventive treatment center of Ningbo Municipal Hospital of TCM were selected as the research objects.According to the syndrome types of TCM,patients were divided into the types of phlegm-blood stasis,phlegm-damp retention,liver-kidney Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis.The treatment with the compatibility of Hongqu(red yeast rice)was given respectively,and therapeutic lifestyle interventions were given at the same time.By using self-control method,the effect of TCM syndromes,blood lipid and liver aminotransferase were observed before and after treatment.Results After 8-week treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in patients with all types were significantly reduced,and the level of HDL-C was increased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of ALT and AST were deceased and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.1%,and that of blood lipid was 83.3%.Conclusion The compatibility of Hongqu(red yeast rice)has a clear lipid-lowering function in patients with hyperlipidemia and abnormal liver function,and can recover the damaged liver function.
