摘要
为了满足高压大型发电机定子线棒主绝缘发展的要求 ,研制了特5440-1桐马环氧玻璃粉云母带,经检测该粉云母带的性能、线棒电气性能以及试样线圈常态耐久性试验全部合格 ;经用户应用试验表明 :将特5440-1粉云母带用于高压电机其质量指标达到JB56082 -1996部颁质量分等优等品标准要求。
In order to meet the development requirement of the major insulation for high-voltage motors,T5440-1maleinized tung oil/epoxy glass powder mica tape has been researched and produced.The performance tests of the mica tape,electrical performance tests of the bar and endurability tests of the sample coil under normal condition are introduced.The application tests show that the quality of the coil packaged and molded with T5440-1powder mica tape reached the high-class level of the product quality classification standard(JB56082-1996).
