线棒绝缘固化工艺的优化与实现

摘要 为提升发电机定子线棒绝缘固化的生产工艺水平,分析了生产现状与改进需求,运用热分析技术计算了反应动力学参数幵预测了固化反应程度与时间、温度的关系,幵据此设计了工艺参数,对生产工艺进行优化,幵结合新工艺要求设计了控制系统。 In order to optimize the insulation curing technology, the current situation and optimization needs of stator-bar insulation curing technology were analyzed, on the basis of the thermal analysis technique, the parameters of the curing reaction were calculated, the relationship between the extent of curing reaction, time and temperature was predicted, the technology of the stator-bar insulation curing reaction was optimized, in order to meet the needs of the new technology, a new control system was designed.
