摘要
为满足三峡水轮机组的特殊要求而开发适用的云母带,通过精心选材,并改进制造工艺,在原桐马环氧(体系)玻纤粉云母带基础上进行改性,研制出三峡机水轮机组适用的桐马环氧玻璃粉云母带。试验结果表明:该云母带固化前后的性能及用该云母带制造的三峡发电机定子线棒的性能均达到ALSTOM公司的要求,从而满足中国长江三峡开发总公司验收合同的要求。
This paper introduces Tong-ma epoxy glass-fiber mica tape for three gorges hydro-generator.The testing results show that characteristic of Tong-ma epoxy glass-fiber mica tape for three gorges hydro-generator is very excellent,and the property of hydro-generator's bar made by this Tong-ma epoxy glass-fiber mica tape reaches the demand of ALSTOM.
