摘要
通过优选的网络器对粗旦长丝进行实验,阐明了工艺参数(空气压力、加工速度、超喂率)对粗旦长丝网络加工的影响,提出了适合粗旦长丝网络加工的工艺范围,并分析了粗旦长丝合股网络加工的特点。
With the optimized interlacer, the rayon filaments were interlaced. The effects of process parameters (supplied air pressure, yarnspeed and over feed ratio) on interlacing were illustrated. And the appropriate range of interlacing process for the coarse denierfilaments was obtained. The characteristics of the multiple filaments were also analyzed.
