摘要
介绍了对普通FDY设备进行技术改造,升级为纺制缝纫线的产业用丝设备。对改造及技术升级的特点进行了论述。并对生产工艺进行了简单分析。结果表明,经过升级改造,并通过调整相应的工艺参数,可生产出优良的中高强缝纫线。
The technical transformation of general FDY equipment towards the industrial equipment of spinning sewing thread is introduced. The characteristics of transformation and technical upgrading are discussed, and a brief analysis of the production process is conducted. The results show that after transformation and upgrade and by adjusting the corresponding process parameters, it can produce excellent high-strength sewing thread.
