摘要
目的 进一步验证万拉法新治疗抑郁症的疗效及副作用。方法 将符合CCMD 3抑郁症诊断标准的门诊及住院患者 4 0例随机分为 2组 ,分别给予万拉法新或阿米替林治疗 ,疗程 6周。用HAMD量表在用药前及用药后 1、2、4、6周评定药物疗效 ;用TESS量表评定副反应。结果 万拉法新与阿米替林疗效相当 ,但万拉法新起效快 ,副反应轻。结论 万拉法新治疗抑郁症起效快 。
Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods The forty out- or in- patients met with the criteria for depression of CCMD-3 were treated randomly with venlafaxine or amitriptyline for 6 weeks,and measured with HAMD and TESS before treatment and 1?2?4?6 weeks after treatment.Results The both drugs were similar in effecacy.Venlafaxine showed effects earlier and fewer side effects than amitriptyline.Conclusion Venlafaxine is effective and safe in the treatment of depression.
