摘要
目的 观察乌灵胶囊对轻度抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法 将84例患者随机分为两组。治疗组42例，口服乌灵胶囊，2粒／次，3次／d；对照组42例，口服阿米替林，50～50mg／d。两组患者于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、6周分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD），副反应量表（TESS）及实验室检查，评估其疗效及安全性。结果 治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为78．57％、83．33％，两组间疗效相比无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组未见明显不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为43．42％，主要为口千、便秘、嗜睡、排尿困难等，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 乌灵胶囊能有效治疗轻度抑郁症，且副作用少。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the side effects of Wuling capsule compared with amitriptyline in the treatment of mild depression. Methods 84patients were assigned to Wuling capsule group（n= 42） and amitriptyline group（controlled group, n = 42）. Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale （HAM D） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS） before treatment and 2.4 and 6 weeks after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in curative rate between the two groups（Wuling group being 78.57 %, amitriptyline group being 83.33 % ）. There were no significant side effects in Wuling group. The incidence of side effects of amitriptyline group was 43.42 %. The main side effects were dry mouth, sedation and headache. Conclusion Wuing capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of mild depression.
