摘要
通过查阅近20年相关文献,对女贞子化学成分、炮制工艺及药理作用进行归纳、整理。女贞子是一味具有滋补肝肾、明目乌发作用的中药,其化学成分包括萜类、黄酮类、多糖、微量元素等,具有抗肿瘤、保肝、延缓衰老等药理作用,现代炮制工艺以酒制为主,部分地区采用盐炙、醋制等炮制方法,炮制方法的不同使中药的化学成分发生变化,化学成分的改变必然会对其药理作用产生一定的影响。但中药女贞子活性成分和炮制工艺尚未完全明确,如何使中药女贞子最大化发挥药物作用仍需深入研究。
Through consulting nearly 20 years related documents,the chemical composition,processing technology and pharmacological effects of Ligustrum lucidum were summarized and sorted out.Ligustrum lucidum is a traditional Chinese medicine which has the function of nourishing liver and kidney and brighten eyesight,its chemical constituents include terpenoids,flavonoids,polysaccharides,trace elements,etc.It has anti-tumor,liver protection,anti-aging and other pharmacological effects.The modern processing technology is mainly made of alcohol.Salt processing and vinegar processing were used in some areas.Different processing methods make the chemical composition of Chinese medicine change.The change of chemical composition will have a certain effect on its pharmacological effects.However,the active ingredients and processing technology of Fructus Ligustri lucidum are not yet clear.How to make Chinese medicine Fructus Ligustri lucidum maximizing the role of drugs still needs further study.
