马缨杜鹃叶的化学成分及其抗菌活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究马缨杜鹃Rhododendron delavayi Franch.叶乙醇提取物的化学成分及其抑菌活性。方法:通过硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和半制备液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振及其质谱等波谱技术进行化合物结构鉴定;采用微量倍比稀释法对单体化合物进行最小抑菌浓度的测定。结果:从马缨杜鹃叶中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-rhododendrol(1)、(-)-rhododendrin(2)、benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(1R,7R,10S)-11-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-guaien-3-one(4)、槲皮素(5)、methyl-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosylbenzoate(6)、(-)-南烛木树脂酚-9-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(7)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-9-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(8)、3,5-dimethoxyl-4-hydroxylphenylpropanol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、α-tocopherylquinone(10)、α-亚麻酸(11)、亚油酸(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)、lawsaritol A(14)、28-羟基-β-香树脂醇(15)。化合物5对金黄色葡萄球菌和青枯菌有显著抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为50和25μmol/L。结论:其中,化合物3、4、6、9、10、14为首次从杜鹃花科植物中分离得到,化合物15为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、7、8、11、12为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents and antibacterial activities of ethanolic extract from leaves of Rhododendron delavayi.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography,and the structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.The minimum inhibitory concentrations of the monomer compounds were determined by the micro-dilution method.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Rhododendron delavayi and identified as(-)-rhododendrol(1),(-)-rhododendrin(2),benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(1R,7R,10S)-11-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-guaien-3-one(4),quercetin(5),methyl-2-O-β-Dglucopyranosylbenzoate(6),(-)-lyoniresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(7),(+)-lyoniresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(8),3,5-dimethoxyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropanol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),α-tocopherylquinone(10),α-linolenic acid(11),linoleic acid(12),β-sitosterol(13),lawsaritol A(14),28-hydroxy-β-amyrin(15),respectively.Compound 5 showed significant antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Solanacarus,and the minimum inhibitory concentrations were 50 and 25μmol/L,respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3,4,6,9,10 and 14 are isolated from Ericaceae for the first time,compound 15 is isolated from Rhododendron for the first time,compounds 1,2,7,8,11 and 12 are isolated from Rhododendron delavayi for the first time.
