摘要
目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱联用技术(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS)对栀子花的化学成分进行快速分析。方法:采用UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS联用仪,以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL/min。采用ESI正离子模式采集检测,以PeakView质谱分析软件分析数据。结果:根据质谱所提供的保留时间、精确相对分子量及二级质谱裂解碎片信息并结合相关参考文献进行分析,从栀子花中共检测到31个化合物,主要包括环烯醚萜类、三萜类和黄酮类化学成分。结论:UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS能快速、灵敏、精确地对栀子花的化学成分定性分析,为探讨栀子花的药效物质基础提供了依据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Gardeniae Flos by using UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Methods:The analysis was performed on an UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS.The mobile phase consisted of 0.1%formic acid-acetonitrile was used as gradient elute.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min in gradient elution,MS conditions were ESI,positive ion mode scanning,PeakView software was used to analyze mass spectrometry data.Results:By analysis of the retention time,exact relative molecular weight,secondary cleavage fragments of MS and the related references,31 compounds were identified,mainly including iridoids,terpenoids and flavonoids.Conclusion:UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS is a rapid and high resolution tool for the identification of the composition of Gardeniae Flos,and the results can provide evidence for the study of effective components in Gardeniae Flos.
