摘要
BIM技术是一种集可视化、协调性、模拟性以及优化性等特征为一体的信息化技术。随着建筑行业智能化与自动化发展,BIM信息化技术已广泛融入到建筑行业工程项目设计、施工及管理等全生命周期内。对此,通过协同设计、模型渲染和协调、三维碰撞检查、虚拟化仿真模拟等,针对BIM技术在建筑设计、项目施工及后期运营管理中的应用及相关作用进行研究分析,实现对建筑工程的多维、协调、精细化管理,打造"绿色智能"建筑工程。
BIM technology is an information technology that integrates the characteristics of visualization, coordination, simulation and optimization. Thanks to the development of intellectualization and automation in construction industry, BIM information technology has been widely integrated into the whole life cycle of engineering project design, construction and management. The application and related functions of BIM technology in the architectural design, project construction and later operation management are mainly studied and analyzed in this paper, aiming to realize the multi-dimensional, coordinated and refined management of construction engineering, therefore, to build 'green and intelligent' construction engineering based on collaborative design, model rendering and coordination, three-dimensional collision inspection and virtualization simulation.
