摘要
建设单位驱动模式的BIM实施项目是实现BIM在项目全生命周期完整实施的主要模式。在建筑项目全生命周期内应用BIM技术,有利于参建各方尤其是建设方极大地节约资金成本和时间成本,并使绿色建筑的理念得以贯彻实施。因此,分析了以建筑工程全生命周期管理BLM理念为基础的建筑工程项目全生命周期BIM实施的管理架构、管理流程及内容、文档管理等,并研究了项目全生命周期BIM实施目标评价的指标体系及目标评价方法。
The investor drive mode BIM implementation is the main mode for BIM application in building lifeeycle management (BLM). So, application of BIM technology in the project' s lifecycle is conducive to all the participants especially the investor to save capital cost and time cost greatly, and let the green building concept be implemented. This paper analyzes the BIM implementation management framework in the project's lifecycle and management process and content based on the concept of BLM, and then studies the index system and target evaluation methods of lifecycle management of BIM application.
