摘要
建筑行业不断引入新技术,在技术性上不断突围,新技术、新工艺、新材料的加入能更好地提升建筑行业的技术先进性。近几年我国建筑行业整体向绿色建筑的方向转型,BIM技术和装配式安装施工技术广泛应用于新型建筑方案。研究基于BIM技术的装配式建筑,使其优势和特点在使用过程中不断深化,原有技术的特点更加突出,对于建筑行业的生产效率及环境保护要求提供新的解决思路。
The construction industry continues to introduce new technologies and continues to break through technically.The addition of new technologies,new processes and new materials can better improve the technological advancement of the construction industry.In recent years,China’s construction industry as a whole has transitioned towards green buildings.BIM technology and prefabricated installation and construction technology have been widely used in new building solutions.The research of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology has deepened its advantages and characteristics during use.The characteristics of the original technology have become more prominent,and new solutions have been provided for the production efficiency and environmental protection requirements of the construction industry.
