摘要
21世纪以来,我国先后出台多个有关教师信息技术应用能力标准。信息化环境下教师角色具有新内涵。通过简要梳理我国教育信息化发展历程和教师信息技术应用能力标准,笔者认为,信息化环境下特别是当今互联网时代教师应该是信息化教学设计者、数字化学习资源开发者、信息化教学评价者、信息化教学研究者、网络化学习示范者和个人知识管理高手。微课、慕课和翻转课堂已经成为教师转换和履行新角色的利器,信息技术支持下的教师专业发展具有广阔前景。
Since twenty-first century, China has introduced a number of information technology application capability standards for teacher.There are new connotations of teacher role in information environment.Through a brief review of the development process of China’s education informationization and teachers’information technology application capability standards,the author draws a conclusion that teachers under the information environment especially in today’s Internet age should be an informatized instructional designer,digital learning resource developer,informatized teaching evaluators,informatized teaching researchers,network learning model and personal knowledge management master.Micro-lesson,MOOC and Flipped Classroom has become a tool for teachers to transform and fulfill new roles,teachers’professional development has broad prospects with the support of information technology.
