摘要
通过文献资料法、观察访问法和逻辑推理法,对竞技推手的再认识,分析太极拳与竞技推手之间的内在联系,提取当下竞技推手的技术精华对比于太极拳理,发现两者之间的关系。对当下太极推手的技法提出改进建议,以便于进一步优化竞技体育项目竞技推手的健康发展模式。
Through literature review, interview and logical reasoning, this paper takes a reconsideration of the concept of competitive tuishou(push hands), analyses the internal relation between taijiquan(Tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) and competitive tuishou, and compares the boxing theory of taijiquan with the core technique of competitive tuishou. Finally, suggestions have been given for the improvement of taijiquan tuishou techniques, in order to optimize the healthy development mode of tuishou in competitive sports.
