摘要
北京奥运会中国代表队取得了前所未有的成绩,成绩的取得与教练员的努力是分不开的,通过对陕北业余体校的教练员学历、职称、年龄、科研、管理、福利待遇、参加培训情况等进行调查、分析目前陕北业余体校教练员存在的问题,提出一些相应的建议,以便对陕北业余体校的发展提供一定的参考价值。
China＇s 2008 Olympic Squad obtained unprecedented achievements,to which the coaches contributed a lot.This paper first made a survey of the coaches in Northern Shaanxi amateur sports schools in the ＂Post-Olympic＂ Period regarding their educational background,professional titles,ages,academic research,benefits,training experiences,etc.,then analyzed the problems the coaches are now facing,finally put forward a few suggestions for the future development of the amateur sports schools in Northern Shaanxi.
