摘要
课堂变革不仅关涉教师教学行为的改变,更聚焦学生学习理念和方式的转型。聚焦学习是课堂变革的重要立场,依学定教是课堂变革的基本逻辑,以教促学是课堂变革的主要策略。从学习的立场出发,破解传统课堂的弊端,需要解放学生的学习自由、尊重学习的多样性、正视学习的复杂性。依学定教关键在于理解学习,课堂变革将学习视为学习者主动建构的过程,重视学生先有经验,鼓励深层学习方式,培养学会学习的能力,拓展学习的时间和空间。在以教促学方面,建构教与学一致性的教学设计、依据学情特点选择匹配的教法、创建基于技术支持的有意义的学习环境,为课堂变革提供了可资参考的策略。
The class teaching reform is not only related to the change of teachers’teaching behavior,but also focuses on the renewal of students’learning concepts and methods.Focusing on learning is an important standpoint of class teaching reform,teaching based on learning is the basic logic,and teaching promoting learning is the main strategy.From the perspective of learning,to solve the defects of traditional class teaching,it is necessary to liberate students’learning freedom,and respect the diversity and complexity of learning.In terms of teaching based on learning,it should regard learning as the process of learners’active construction,paying attention to students’prior experience,encouraging deep learning methods,developing the ability of learning to learn,and expanding the time and space for learning.In terms of teaching promoting learning,constructing the teaching design consistent with teaching and learning,selecting the suitable teaching method according to learning situation,and creating a meaningful learning environment based on technical support,provides class teaching reform some reference.
