摘要
新时代卓越法治人才培养较以往卓越法律人才培养有着更为丰富的内涵和更为具体的标准。新时代的法学教育如何承担起培养卓越法治人才的重任,需要认真梳理法学高等教育的成败得失,从丰富的法治实践中汲取养分,但首要的是需要从高等教育规律和人才成长规律出发,审视法治人才培养的理念和路径、方法。当前法学教育宜定位为法律职业教育,以培养特定服务面向的法治人才为第一责任,但并不排斥通识教育。新时代卓越法治人才培养体系的核心内容是德法兼修、协同育人。
In the new era,the cultivation of excellent legal talents has its own connotations and standards,and the legal education needs to comprehensively re-examine the concepts and ways guiding the cultivation of legal talents. Currently,the legal education in China should be positioned as legal profession education;however,it does not exclude the general education. The author of this paper contends that the core of cultivating legal talents in the new era is to attach equal importance to both moral and legal education.
