摘要
教育网络舆情成为网络舆论的重要部分,研究教育网络舆情影响因子及其引导策略,对网络空间的治理、落实立德树人根本任务具有重要的意义。该文以教育网络舆情的因子研究理论为基础,运用层次分析法和模糊综合批判方法,建构了主体、客体、本体、网络平台、传播互动、影响力六个因子组成的教育网络舆情影响因子体系和权重。以此为基础,分析了"2018全国教育大会"和"综合防控儿童青少年近视实施方案颁布"两个案例,借助舆情监测及分析平台抓取舆情数据,并分析了各因子对教育网络舆情的影响作用。在教育网络舆情引导中,主体是引导的对象,客体是引导的诱因,本体的引导是关键,网络平台是引导的场域,传播互动是引导的渠道,影响力是引导的风向。最后,提出了教育网络舆情的引导策略。
The education network public opinion becomes an important part of network public opinion. The research on the education network public opinion influence factors as well as the guidance strategies is of great importance for the regulation of network space,and the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people by strengthening the education of the moral values. Based on the research theory of education network public opinion factor, using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive critical method, the study constructs the following six factors: the subject, object, ontology, the network platform, communication interaction as well as the sphere of influence, which forms the system and weight of the education network public opinion influence factors. On the basis,the paper analyzes the following two cases 'National Education Conference of 2018' and 'The Promulgation of implementation plan for comprehensive prevention and control of shortsighted problems among the children and the youth', fetching the public opinion data with the aid of public opinion monitor as well as the analysis platform, at the same time, making the analysis of the effect of each factor on the education network public opinion. Finally, the paper puts forward the guidance strategy concerning the education network public opinion.
