摘要
随着互联网技术的发展与互联网应用的普及,网络作为非常规突发事件信息传播的载体和平台,使非常规突发事件的相关信息传播更迅速,也使事件影响力更广泛。利用指标体系评价法认识非常规突发事件涨落规律是一个新的研究角度,能够更深刻地认识舆情热度涨落规律,明晰影响舆情涨落的深度原因,同时也能够为非常规突发事件舆情发展阶段的划分、舆情的控制提供依据。
Because abnormal emergency owns the characteristics of explosive, uncertain evolution and group diffusion, more and more researchers concentrate on and try to solve it. Especially, as the carrier and platform of information transmission of abnormal emergency, Internet makes public opinion on lnternet attract more atten- tion. It is a new viewpoint to use the index system method to estimate heat degree of public opinion on Internet for abnormal emergency in order to find the underlying reasons of the fluctuation. Besides, index system also provides strong evidence for stage division and control of public opinion on Internet from looking through interactive factors on the subjects and searching for developing law to control its diffusion.
