摘要 益生元是一种可被选择性发酵并改变胃肠道中对宿主健康有益菌群的组成和活性的食物成分,研究和应用较多的有菊粉、低聚半乳糖、低聚果糖等。益生元低聚糖通过改变肠道益生菌(通常为双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌)的比例和活性,对婴幼儿健康发挥有益的作用,包括维护肠道微生态平衡,保持正常肠道功能,增强机体免疫力,促进营养物质吸收。
