摘要 人体的微生态系统(microecosystem),由口腔、呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿道和皮肤五大部分组成。其中,肠道微生态系统是最重要,也是最大最复杂。近年来,人类对于肠道微生态的认识,随着相关代谢组学、基因组学、分子生物学技术的不断发展,步入了新的境界,提出了肠道微生态系统作为潜在的药物治疗靶点的可能性。
