摘要
目的分析2013-2015年保定市恶性肿瘤疾病谱构成及其分布特征,为制定有效的癌症防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集整理2013-2015年保定市二级以上医疗机构26 194例恶性肿瘤病人信息,对其构成情况进行统计描述及分析。结果 2013-2015年保定市恶性肿瘤病人疾病谱构成趋于稳定。前10位恶性肿瘤占全部恶性肿瘤的75. 36%,肺癌高居榜首,其次依次为乳腺癌、结直肠肛门癌、胃癌、子宫颈癌、肝癌、食管癌、白血病、淋巴瘤、子宫体及子宫部位不明。男性前5位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、结直肠肛门癌、胃癌、肝癌和食管癌,女性前5位恶性肿瘤依次为乳腺癌、肺癌、子宫颈癌、结直肠肛门癌以及子宫体癌。结论肺癌、消化道癌、乳腺癌、子宫颈癌为当地高发癌种。应根据肿瘤疾病谱的特点有针对性地开展肿瘤防治工作。
Objective To analyze the disease spectrum composition and distribution characteristics of malignant tumors in Baoding City from 2013 to 2015,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating effective cancer control strategies. Methods The basic data of 26 194 patients with malignant tumors in the second-class and above hospitals in Baoding City from 2013 to 2015 was collected and statistically analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2015,the disease spectrum composition of hospitalized patients with malignant tumors in Baoding City tended to be stable. The top 10 malignant tumors accounted for 75. 36% of all malignant tumors. Lung cancer ranked first,followed by breast cancer,colorectal anal cancer,stomach cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer,leukemia,lymphoma,uterus and unspecified. The top 5 malignant tumors among male patients were lung cancer,colorectal anal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer and esophageal cancer. The top five malignant tumors among female were breast cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,colorectal anal cancer,and uterus cancer. Conclusion Lung cancer,digestive tract cancer,breast cancer and cervical cancer are local high-risk cancers. The prevention and control measures of malignant tumor should be implemented based on practical situation.
