摘要
目的了解保定市恶性肿瘤发病构成特征及生存率,为评价恶性肿瘤防治方式提供科学依据。方法根据肿瘤登记系统资料,通过对保定市2009-2012年的6 921例恶性肿瘤病例随访信息进行发病构成及顺位分析,计算分析其生存率、中位生存期。结果保定市6 921例恶性肿瘤病例5年生存率38%,肺癌、肝癌、直结肠癌及胃癌男性和女性生存率差异均无显著性,而总的生存率女性大于男性,5年中位数生存时间2.05年,其中男性1.43年、女性3.85年;位居发病前5位的肺癌、肝癌、直结肠癌、胃癌的中位数生存时间0.96年,男性0.98年、女性0.93年;乳腺癌中位数生存时间5年,男、女相同。结论保定市应加强肺癌、肝癌、直结肠癌及胃癌的筛查,亟待提高这些癌种的诊治水平,要争取早期发现、早期治疗,提高生存率,提高病例生活质量,减轻癌症带来的经济和社会负担。
Objective To explore the incidence characteristics and survival rate of malignant tumors in Baoding and provide scientific basis for evaluating the therapeutic stragety and prognosis of malignant tumors.Methods On the basis of the data in tumor registration system,the follow-up information of 6 921 malignant tumor cases in Baoding from 2009 to 2012 was analyzed for pathological composition and order,and the survival rate and median survival time were calculated and analyzed.Results The 5-year survival rate of 6 921 patients with malignant tumors in Baoding was 38%.There was no significant difference in survival rate between male and female in lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and gastric cancer.The overall survival rate was higher in female than that in male,and the median survival time was 2.05 years,with 1.43 years for male,and 3.85 years for female.The median survival time of the top five cancers(lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and gastric cancer)was 0.96 years,with 0.98 years for male and 0.93 years for female.The median survival time of breast cancer was 5 years,identical to male and female.Conclusion The early screening of lung cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and gastric cancer should be strengthened in Baoding,and it is urgent to improve the diagnosis and therapy of these cancers. It is necessary to strive for early detection and early treatment so as to improve the survival rate,elevate the quality of life of the patients,and reduce the economic and social burden resulting from cancers.
